This Privacy Policy explains how Step One Source ("Step One Source," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit steponesource.com (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

This helps us keep the Site running, secure, and improve it over time.

3.How the Site & Inquiry Form Work

Our Site is hosted on Netlify, and our inquiry form is processed using Netlify Forms. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted to and stored by our hosting provider on our behalf and forwarded to us by email so we can respond. These providers process your information under their own terms and privacy practices.

4.Phone Calls & Text Messages

If you provide your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text message about your inquiry or a potential transaction. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing cj@steponesource.com.

5.How We Share Information

We share your information only as needed to run our business, including with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (for example, hosting, email, form processing, and analytics providers), who may access your information only to perform services for us;
• Transaction parties such as title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, or a buyer or assignee, where reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete a transaction you are involved in; and
• Legal and safety recipients when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Step One Source or others.

If our business is ever sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out or document a transaction, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We will honor applicable rights and will not sell your personal information.

The Site may link to other websites we don't control. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site, not to third-party sites. Please review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

10.Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the revised policy.
